Frequently asked questions
Are you a distributor?
No. AIM Solutions is not a distributor, reseller, or product agent. We don’t purchase or resell products. Instead, we act as a neutral service provider — supporting both the manufacturer and the customer through project coordination and after-sales services.
Can you issue invoices to European customers on our behalf?
Yes, we can. AIM Solutions has legally registered entities in Europe and can issue invoices to end customers in the EU, UK or Türkiye — either as a neutral project service provider or, if agreed, as a local invoicing proxy on your behalf.
This setup helps you:
-
Avoid VAT and customs complications
-
Simplify local procurement for the customer
-
Appear more locally integrated and responsive
-
Prevent delays due to international payment issues
However, please note: we do not act as a reseller or take ownership of the goods. The invoice is for coordination and service-related activities only — and it remains fully transparent to both parties.
Do you take a commission from product sales?
We may receive a small coordination fee during the project quoting or onboarding phase. However, our main revenue model is based on monthly service fees and operational support during and after the project. We do not take large markups like traditional distributors.
What services do you provide?
We offer a wide range of project support services, including:
-
Technical translation & meeting support
-
On-site engineering & supervision
-
Logistics and customs coordination
-
Spare parts stocking and dispatch
-
Maintenance, hotline & emergency intervention
-
Fair participation and demo organization
-
Local invoicing and documentation assistance
Our services are grouped into four main packages: AIM Start, AIM Operate, AIM Care, and AIM Expand.
Who are your clients?
Our clients are mainly:
-
Asian manufacturers (especially from China, South Korea, and Southeast Asia) exporting technical systems to Europe
-
End-customers and system integrators based in the EU, UK, or Türkiye
-
Logistics companies, warehouse developers, and automation buyers
What is your business model?
We operate as a service-based coordination partner. Most of our revenue comes from monthly service fees during the project execution phase and ongoing after-sales service agreements. All extra costs (like hotels, interpreters, spare parts, emergency support) are charged transparently based on predefined reference rates — either to the manufacturer or the customer, depending on the agreement.
Can you issue invoices locally in Europe?
Yes. We operate through AIM Solutions entities in Europe and can invoice services locally in the EU, UK, or Türkiye, which helps avoid cross-border customs or payment issues.
How do you select your partners?
We work with a trusted network of local partners (engineers, technicians, logistics firms, translators, etc.). All partners go through a structured onboarding process and are selected based on technical skills, responsiveness, legal compliance, and proven experience in intralogistics or automation systems.
Can we use AIM Solutions only for after-sales services?
Yes. Even if we were not involved in the initial project phase, we can take over the after-sales service, including maintenance, spare parts logistics, and emergency support — as long as the system is documented and compatible with our partner capabilities.
Who should contact you — the manufacturer or the customer?
Either one. AIM Solutions is designed to be a neutral bridge between both parties. In some cases, the manufacturer hires us to represent them in Europe. In others, the customer contacts us directly to ensure local execution. In both cases, we maintain full transparency and protect everyone's interests.
Can you help us participate in a European trade fair?
Yes. We support manufacturers in planning, shipping, installing, and staffing exhibition booths at European fairs — including demo setup, interpreter support, and local travel coordination.
Our customer expects emergency service within a few hours. Can you do that?
Yes — under specific conditions.
AIM Solutions offers Emergency On-Site Response services through selected local partners in EU, UK and Türkiye. If such rapid response is required, we can organize guaranteed intervention within a few hours — but only through a dedicated service level agreement (SLA).
This requires:
-
A pre-signed emergency response contract
-
Standby partner assignment in the required region
-
Fixed monthly standby fees and agreed hourly intervention rates
Without a prior SLA, response times will depend on availability, location, and scope. However, in most cases, we can mobilize technical support within 24–48 hours.
🎯 For mission-critical projects, we highly recommend adding an Emergency Response Add-on to your service plan.
